Terms of Service

By using Preflyt, you agree to the following:

1. You may only scan URLs that you own or have explicit permission to test. Scanning third-party websites without authorization may violate applicable laws.
2. Preflyt is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about the completeness or accuracy of scan results. A clean scan does not mean your application is secure.
3. You are responsible for reviewing and implementing any suggested fixes. Preflyt provides guidance, not guaranteed solutions.
4. Abuse of the service (including scanning targets you don't own, attempting to overload the service, or using Preflyt to facilitate attacks) will result in immediate termination of access.
5. Free tier usage is limited to 3 scans. Exceeding this limit requires a Pro subscription.

Privacy Policy

1. Scan data: Scan results are generated in real-time and are not stored unless you choose to generate a shareable report link. Shareable reports are stored and accessible via their unique URL. Reports can be deleted by contacting hello@preflyt.dev.
2. URLs: We log the URLs submitted for scanning solely for abuse prevention. These logs are retained for 30 days and then deleted.
3. No tracking: We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or third-party data collection on this site.
4. Payments: Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment information. See Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy for details.
